Scope of use: Suitable for curved edge banding machines, small manual straight edge banding machines and portable edge banding machines; suitable for edge banding materials such as PVC, veneer, and decorative paper;
Suitable for semi-automatic edge banding machine with material feeding speed of 2-4 m/min and manual edge banding machine with material feeding speed of 4-8 m/min;
product features: 1. Non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and formaldehyde-free. 2. High heat resistance, high strength, low temperature resistance, fast curing.
3. Good fluidity, thin glue line, low glue consumption. 4. A small amount of glue can achieve the effect of strong adhesion.

Use hot melt adhesive method and matters needing attention:

1. To understand and master the various models and technical performance (including technical parameters) of hot melt adhesives.

2. The temperature of the hot melt glue tank should be controlled within the operating temperature range.

3. Clean the preheated glue pot regularly to keep the glue pot clean.

4. Plates and edge banding materials should be protected from contamination.

5. The moisture content of wood should be around 8%-10%.

6. The amount of glue in the glue pot should be properly controlled. If the amount is too much, the glue will melt in turns, which will cause deterioration and aging, lower viscosity, and affect adhesion.
