PU hot melt adhesive is composed of EVA + tackifying resin + PU modified material + antioxidant + filler. The glue after melting becomes a kind of liquid, and then the glue is applied to the board by a glue stick to be combined with the edge band The bonding effect. Suitable for large-scale automatic linear edge banding machines: suitable for edge banding materials such as PVC, ABS, veneer, acrylic, wooden strips, etc.; suitable for large-scale automatic edge banding machines with a material feed speed of 20-25/min; imported large-scale automatic edge banding machines .

Use hot melt adhesive method and matters needing attention:

1. To understand and master the various models and technical performance (including technical parameters) of hot melt adhesives.

2. The temperature of the hot melt glue tank should be controlled within the operating temperature range.

3. Clean the preheated glue pot regularly to keep the glue pot clean.

4. Plates and edge banding materials should be protected from contamination.

5. The moisture content of wood should be around 8%-10%.

6. The amount of glue in the glue pot should be properly controlled. If the amount of glue is too much, the glue will melt in turn, which will cause it to deteriorate and age, reduce its viscosity, and affect adhesion.
